James Connar is extremely well known for his brilliant skills in warfare, and in warfare combat. He is a nice person and very easy to get along with to. He fought in WW1-WW13 and was greatly admired for his fighting. Scorpler chose him to be Chancellor and Furher of Germany because he knew that he would be an excellent leader, and the perfect man for the job.
