No user can mess with this page except for Administrators, Administrators will find the user using the edit count and see what they have accomplished. Once that user have the full requirements accomplished then the administrator shall elect the user that wants to be an administrator. * 2000 edits, including 1000 mainspace edits
* Not getting banned one time
* Following all rules and regulations
* Helping out with Administrator or site creators needs
